Return conditions
To ensure that goods are returned, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The goods are in their original packaging

Only goods at regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not authorized by the applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost upon return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are not able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or without proof of return delivery received.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift upon purchase and were then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor had the order shipped to you later, we will send the refund to the gift donor.
