The order is definitely validated after receiving payment and sending confirmation email. Any modification or cancellation must be requested in 2 hours following validation.
4. Prices and methods of payment
Prices are shown in CFA Francs (FCFA) all taxes included. Delivery is free for orders over 20,000 CFAF in Ivory Coast.

6. Guarantees, Claims and Returns
YAHU HEALTH is committed to providing optimal quality products. All our products are checked before shipment.
Claim procedure
Any claim must be made in 48h after receipt (by email at [email protected] or telephone). Please check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person.
Returns Accepted
- Request made within 14 days of receipt.
- Products in their original packaging, not started (unless there is a defect).
- Refunds processed within 14 business days (or have store on request).
7. Law, Data and Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property: All content of the site is protected. Any automated reproduction or retrieval of data is strictly prohibited.
